Meet Brittaney Devane
Nurse Practitioner
Injection Specialist/Founder of Ivy
Brittaney is a family nurse practitioner and founder of Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa. She takes pride in providing her clients with high-quality, safe, and natural results. She is local to the Twin Cities and grew up in Chanhassen, MN. She graduated from Bethel University with a nursing degree and completed her master's of Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her 13+ years of working as a nurse with a background in the ICU offers a vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology, ensuring that safety is her top priority. She specializes in Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau, filler, Sculptra, lasers, fat dissolving injectables, SkinPen, PRP services, and utilizing and recommending medical-grade skincare. Brittaney is detail oriented and passionate about enhancing each client’s natural beauty. She is married with three boys who enjoy spending time up at the cabin and relaxing anywhere near the water.
Meet Carli Montpetit
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Carli is a Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetics. She has over 5 years of experience as a nurse, with a background in intensive care medicine. Carli has a strong foundation in anatomy, and safety will always be her priority. Carli’s genuineness always shines through, never pressuring clients into services that they don’t need. She specializes in neurotoxins, filler, Sculptra, SkinPen, lasers, and IV vitamin drips. When Carli is not working, she enjoys spending her time traveling, reading, and with friends and family.
Meet Anna Rath
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Anna is a Registered Nurse, certified nurse injector, and infusion expert at Ivy Aesthetics Med Spa. Anna comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience, with over 12 years as an RN with the past 6 years working with IV infusions. She is proficient in all she does and knows her way around a needle. Anna has a passion for aesthetics and wellness, and it is her goal to make sure that her clients have a comfortable experience and feel great with their results. When Anna is not working or furthering her training, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying out new restaurants.
Meet Jen Hamm
RN, BSN, Injection Specialist
Jen is a Registered Nurse with a passion for making people feel their best. With over 16 years of nursing experience, most of it being in Emergency Medicine, she is skilled with quick assessments and providing high-quality care. Her strong interest in aesthetics led her to receive her certification as a nurse injector. Jen has a desire to make her clients feel supported during their journey to well-being. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching her kids’ sporting events, reading, and spending time on the water.
Meet Grace Kissell
Practice Coordinator
Grace is our Med Spa receptionist with a passion for all things aesthetics. She is in charge of scheduling, patient coordination and managing front office day to day duties. She is a graduate of Iowa State University where she studied Marketing and Apparel Merchandising. Grace also works as a fashion personal stylist and in her spare time, enjoys concerts, working out, and interior design.
